"The disorganized chaos of the meet & greet was frustrating. Upon arrival at the event, I found that Lot C parking, which I had paid for, was inaccessible due to a locked gate. We were directed to park in lot E instead. After the event ended, we were instructed to bring our items to our vehicles. Security checked our tickets as we moved our vehicle to Lot C, which had finally opened. Upon returning to security, we were initially denied re-entry. Once that issue was resolved, we only had a brief 10 minutes left of our early access to the venue and merchandise. Another concern was that all food and alcohol vendors only accepted cards, which caught many people off guard as this information was not communicated in advance. Despite the organizational issues, the concert was fantastic and the venue itself was beautiful."
